Scope
This policy applies to payments made to DXO Consulting Private Limited for professional services, retainers, project-based engagements, and any other fee-bearing arrangements, unless a separate written agreement specifies different terms.
General Principle
Fees for consulting and professional services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided, in line with industry practice. Refunds or credits may be considered only in circumstances explicitly set out in your engagement letter or statement of work, or as required by applicable law.
When a Refund May Be Considered
- Overpayment or duplicate payment made by you, which we will refund without undue delay.
- Cancellation of an engagement before any material work has been performed, and where the engagement terms provide for a refund in such event.
- Where we are unable to perform the agreed scope and no alternative arrangement is agreed.
How to Request a Refund
Send a written refund request to contact@calibyte.com with your name, invoice or payment reference, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request and respond in accordance with our internal procedures and any contractual terms.
